So another day of baking. Confetti cupcakes (some) with chocolate cream cheese frosting. So the four on the side are the element symbols from Avatar. There is the Millennium puzzle, a Creeper, the Abstergo Industries symbol, the Mario mushroom, the Deux Ex symbol, and the Assassin’s Creed symbol.
So the summer before college I decided to bake to fight off boredom. I ended up baking a minecraft cake that was
copied inspired by RosannaPansino's Nerdy Nummies. The cake didn't taste that good because I tried to make the cake by hand and, since I was too lazy to go out and buy chocolate, I used this bitter chocolate I found in the back of my freezer.
Up early waiting for the next Steam Sale. You get it. Because it is Steam. Picture of actual gaseous form of H20 where molecules have weaker intermolecular forces causing the gas to have volume calculated by a combination of Boyle’s Law and Charles’s Law into the Ideal Gas Law, PV=nRT, assuming that the molecules don’t interact with each other (but of course they do). Yeah, it was a bad joke.
This is my new laptop. And I am pretty disappointed. The programs are already saying “Not Responding”, youtube videos won’t work, and it is slow - really slow. It may just be me and I just haven’t set-up everything yet but yeah. I will give it a few days but it is making a bad first impression.
Bolin is such a great character on the show and so is his voice actor. P.J. Byrne seems like such a cool guy and I wished that I could have gone to Comic Con to see him. I hope to see more of his character in the future seasons.
I have been looking for winter clothes before I move to prepare for my move and I have realized that I am attracted to light-colored, skirted coats. It just adds femininity to something that usually isn’t.

Asami is pretty in real life too!
Easy recipe time!
Nutella Cheesecakes modified via My Baking Addiction
Makes 4-6 individual servings
What you’ll need
- 16 crushed oreos (I just sprinkled these on the bottom, kind of like mix in yogurts!)
- 1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup Nutella
- 1 (8 ounce) tub frozen whipped topping*
- (optional) 1 tsp vanilla extract**
*Note: For whatever reason that I’m too lazy to look up, I’ve been forbidden by my parents to ever use cool whip in my lifetime. Instead, I went to Trader Joe’s and found the equivalent. But I won’t tell if that’s what you get ;)
** Other Note: I didn’t use vanilla because I felt the nutella gave enough flavor on it’s own.
- Whip the nutella and cream cheese together until there are no lumps!
- Whip in the frozen whipped cream until it’s fluffy.
- Transfer to serving bowls with oreo sprinkled on the bottom and pop in the fridge for at least an hour.
These. Are so. Good. But not good for you. But worth every bite.
I’m all about simplicity, but there’s a ton of things you could put on top, from whipped cream, sprinkles, or even more oreo crumbs, hot fudge (this is kind of like an ice cream, and I imagine this would taste awesome frozen)
Anyway.Enjoy this. Do it!
